It was nice to have my fellow countryman, Amber, in Zambia to celebrate Canada day with. Stephanie stayed up late the night before to surprise us with these snappy cupcakes. We also handed out Canada pencils that Amber brought along and I proudly dawned my Tim Horton's shirt...cause what's more Canadian than that...am I right!?
